Qi Yun TTES.23 PQM 2024 - 50 g

This is an excellent white tea made from the TTES23 Qi Yun cultivar. This harvest is from March 2024 and took place in the run up to the Qing Ming Spring Festival, which is the Chinese festival of purity and brightness, but is also celebrated in Taiwan.

The tea is hand-picked in the MingJian area, Nantou county, at an altitude of around 400m above sea level. The leaf is very fresh green in color with fluffy tips, really delicate processing.

Leaves dried briefly in the sun followed by drying inside to achieve the required water content, followed by drying. The leaves of this tea have undergone minimal transformation, very close to drinking tea from freshly picked tea leaves.

Hence the resulting infusion flavour, which is slightly sour, fresh, like citrus combined with green apples and an osmanthus sweetness, the infusion is very bright.

This is a very limited production.

Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4g, 90-95°C, 20-40s, depending on preference, then increase the time interval.
