This nice and high quality unglazed clay teapot is made from a mould and hand finished, so we can offer it at a very friendly price. Only one piece is available.
Important note: As clay is porous, it is only advisable to prepare one type of tea in a clay teapot. The more often you use the teapot, the better the resulting taste of the tea will be.
Before use: Rinse the new teapot several times with clean boiling water before using it for the first time. Allow to dry completely and then the teapot is ready for use.
Maintanance: Do not use detergent or other cleaning agents to clean the teapot! Just rinse with hot water. Rinse by hand and allow to dry after each use. Do not put in the dishwasher.
