Vietnamese red tea composed of teas from the Ha giang, Yen Bai and Son La regions. It is a combination of Camellia Sinensis Assamica and Camellia Sinensis Sinensis.
A red tea of medium-bodied, creamy body, offering a slightly sweet fruity-smoke aroma (very slightly smoky indeed). It is a combination of wild grown highland black teas and highly oxidised oolong, hence the medium full body, there is a positive element of oolong which lends a very elegant character to the tea and is suitable for waking up in the morning.
Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 95°C, 20-30s min. first and second infusion, then extend the interval, to taste, lasts for many infusions.
