San Xia Bi Luo Chun PQM 2024 - 50g

(PQM - Pre Qingming).

A delicious green tea that is hand-picked in the Sanxia area from the Chin Xin Gan Zhi cultivar, at an altitude of around 400-500 m above sea level.This picking is from early March 2024 and therefore took place before the Qing Ming Spring Festival, which is the Chinese festival of purity and brightness, but is also celebrated in Taiwan.

Pre Qingming teas are considered to be very fine, refined in taste and also very valuable.

The leaf is beautifully twisted, with a high proportion of fluffy tips and is processed without oxidation, as the accompanying photographs best suggest.
It is a clean and refreshing green tea, the taste is dominated by the floral taste of the Taiwanese cultivar Qing Xing combined with a grassy taste, with a hint of roasted nuts, green pepper, mango. 
The first spring delicacy to be imported and added to the menu!

Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4-5g, 70-80°C, 40-60s first infusion, then extend by 5s, or according to taste preferences.
