San Xia White Bud - 50 g

This is an excellent white tea made from the Qing Xin Gan Zhi cultivar, which is the standard used for high-end high-altitude oolongs. The tea was harvested in April 2022, at an altitude of around 500m, of course it is hand-picked from the San Xia area, Taipei County.

It undergoes 10% oxidation and is composed of very fine leaves with a large proportion of downy buds. The tea is produced by the same family as our San Xia Bi Luo Chun, Long Jing green teas.

It offers a silky, sweet infusion full of floral aromas with hints of dried nuts, honey, cereals, mountain herbs, tasting very pleasant, refreshing.

Brewing: 100ml,  4-5g, 85-90°C, 20-30s first and second infusion, then extend the time interval.
