Red tea from the wild mountain tea tree of Taiwan, growing at altitudes above 1000m. Like the Oriental Beauty or Gui Fei, this tea is also from the category of infested by the Jacobiasca formosana locust, the plant subsequently produces substances that cause a unique aroma, honey-sweet aftertaste and begins its oxidation already on the bush.

Preparation for 150 ml:
Gong Fu Cha - 6g tea, 98C water, first pour 30-40s, second pour similar tea, then extend time interval. Lasts 4-5 infusions.
