Semi-green tea from the Shan Lin Xi region, harvested in July 2024. Hand-picked Chin Xin cultivar at an altitude of 1100 m above sea level.
The tea has an oxidation of 35-40% and is not roasted. This is a so-called Special lot, a lot that is not standard and is not produced regularly.
The leaf processed in the form of beads of color from green to almost black, very nice, full leaf tea, see photos of developed leaves.
A very mild, sweet aroma of dry leaf combining sweet chestnuts, a fruity component, a slight hint of cream.
The infusion is amber in colour, very delicate and elegant, as befits a highland oolong. The taste combines ripe fruits - apples, pears, a touch of cinnamon, wild honey, light florality.

Brewing: 5g, 95C, 60s first infusion, second and third infusion 25-35s, then extend the interval.
Can withstand many infusions.
