Shan Lin Xi Long Feng Xia - 50g

High mountain oolong of the highest quality from the Long Feng Valley in the Shanlinxi region. A lightly oxidized oolong that was harvested by hand in October 2022 at an altitude of around 1800m using Qing Xin cultivar leaves.

Our Long Feng was harvested in October 2022 in Alishan, Chiayi County, at an altitude of around 1800m.
The tea is very smooth, the flavor is full-bodied with wild floral notes, hints of spice in the background with a sweet aftertaste.

Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 90-95°C, 20-30s min. first and second infusion, then extend the interval. Lasts for many infusions.
