Shincha made from Zairai tea trees and Yabukita cultivar, grown organically in open fields under natural sunlight. The harvest took place on May 3, 2026, and the tea leaves were not shaded.

The leaves come from a garden in Nakahata, Ujitawara, Kyoto, an area with ideal conditions for open-field cultivation.

A unique blend of cultivars, resulting in a very refreshing tea with a mountainous aroma and flavor, a subtle sweetness, and a beautifully balanced astringency that you will enjoy. It is a beautifully balanced and fine example of high-quality, unshaded Japanese tea.

The infusion has a pale green color, beautifully clear with a pleasant, delicate aroma of mountain grasses and a subtle fruity note.
