A semi-green tea from the Shimada area of Shiizuoka Prefecture.
The base is the Koushun cultivar from the late summer harvest.
A popular cultivar that dates back to 1970 from the Shizuoka area. It was chosen for its great and hearty aroma, but also for its durability and yield.
The tea is very fresh, floral sweet with a hint of herbs, full-bodied, really intense flavour and aroma.
A popular cultivar for both oolongs and black teas, a great drinker.

Brewing 150ml: First infusion - 80-90C, 5g, 30-40s, second and third infusion 15-30s, other infusions according to individual preference.
