Sri Lanka Mr. Peculiar - 30g

High-end, high mountain tea from Sri Lanka. Hand picked from the garden at an altitude of 1245 m in April 2023.

The unique flavour of the tea comes from a combination of three different climatic conditions from the Kandy, Dimbula and Nuwaraeliya regions.

The infusion is full-bodied, refreshing. The flavour is a combination of tangerine, rose, exotic fruits, a hint of spices. The colour of the infusion is dark red, almost red. A tea reminiscent of more oxidised oolongs, perhaps wuyi, but with its own distinctive flavour and character.

Brewing: 150ml, 4-5g, 95°C, 2,5 min. first infusion, second infusion 1,5 min, or adjust according to personal preference.
