SunBun - Kuzhu Shan Gushu Shai Hong 2022 - 100g
Product code: SunBun Shipping and Payment
A sun-dried black tea from the Kuzhu Mountains, at an altitude of around 2000m. Autumn harvest from 2022 from old Gushu trees (age of the trees cannot be precisely determined), which are used for the delicious Sheng puer.
It is a delicate and refined black tea with a floral-honey aroma, a taste of figs and apricots, with a lingering sweet aftertaste. A suitable tea for quiet and peaceful evening sipping, when you can fully enjoy it. Internally I call it tea brandy :).
The cake can be easily sliced using a puerh awl, it is pressed medium strength on demand so that as much of the whole tea leaves are preserved as possible when breaking it off and not broken.
The tea is suitable for aging.
Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 90-95°C, 15-30s first and second infusion, then extend the interval, according to the taste of each tea drinker. Lasts approx. 5 infusions, depending on preparation.
