The first spring harvest from the Thurbo Tea Estate, one of the renowned tea gardens in the Darjeeling region, located in the Mirik Valley near the Nepalese border. Founded in 1872, it extends up to an altitude of 2,440 meters, giving the teas a distinctive high-mountain aroma, delicacy, and typical mountain character.

The infusion is light, golden-brown in color. The flavor is full-bodied and fresh on the palate, with a floral-fruity aroma, notes of spice and wood, and a spicy-sweet aftertaste.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
