An excellent white tea composed solely of unrolled tips. It comes from Uganda, specifically from the Kigezi region in southwestern Uganda. It is a land of volcanic mountains, valleys, and lakes, and was formerly known as the "Switzerland of East Africa."

The tea is hand-picked from the 303 tea tree clone, which originates from the Tea Research Foundation of Kenya program. This clone was created specifically for African conditions and has good drought resistance. It was harvested in September 2025, so the leaves are extra fresh.

The aroma of the dry leaves is slightly sweet, with a subtle mineral component.

The taste of the tea is full, combining floral tones with a light, fresh grassiness and a slight honey sweetness.

Brewing: 100 ml, 3-4 g, 90°C, 25-45 seconds for the first infusion, subsequent infusions 15-30 seconds. As soon as it begins to lose its strength, extend the time interval.

Preparation should be adjusted according to personal preference. You can use less tea, extend the time interval, or lower the water temperature for a milder brew.
