Wen Shan Bao Zhong 2024- 50g

This is an excellent, lightly oxidized oolong up to 15% from the Wenshan region, which was hand-harvested at an altitude of 600m from the Qing Xin cultivar. The harvest took place in April 2024.

Bao Zhong is translated as wrapped in a leaf and the name is based on the ancient method of processing this delicious tea. Bright green infusion, sweetish taste with floral undertones.

An excellent representative of this tea, a very successful harvest. A full-flavoured, fresh oolong with a distinctly floral aroma, with a complex and rounded texture. Very subtle grassy notes.

100 ml brewing: 4-5g of tea, 90C water, first pour 30-45s, then extend time interval. Lasts 4-5 infusions, depending on the method of preparation.
