Wild Tippy Van Chan Misty Mt. - 50g

Vietnamese red tea from the Van Chan area. The leaves are harvested by hand from wild-growing Camellia Sinensis Assamica tea trees at an altitude of 1300m and above. The harvest took place in September 2021. 

The tea is sourced from a small factory that specializes in processing leaves from wild tea trees from the Van Chan region. The leaf is processed in the form of one bud and two leaves.

This is a complex black tea offering chocolate and malt notes with a hint of plum, apple. A very suitable tea for morning sipping. A tea that reminds me in character of our High Mt. Gushu from Taiwan, but with a better price/performance ratio.

Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 95°C, 15-25s min. first and second infusion, then extend the interval, according to taste, lasts many infusions.
