A delicious green tea, which is hand-picked in the Sanxia area from the cultivar Chin Xin Gan Zhi, at an altitude of about 600 m above sea level. The leaf is beautifully twisted, with a high proportion of hairy tips and is processed without oxidation, see attached photos.

This is a clean and refreshing green tea, the flavour is dominated by the floral taste of the Taiwanese cultivar Qing Xing combined with a grassy taste, with a hint of roasted nuts, exotic fruits, smooth texture, minimal bitterness.  

If you like green teas from Taiwan, this one will not disappoint :).

Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4-5g, 70-80°C, 40-60s first infusion, then extend by 5s, or according to taste preferences.
