S001 Red Tin Liu Bao from Wuzhou Guangxi.

This is a super grade grade, very nice quality leaf with a proportion of golden tips. 

The start of aging of this particular tea is 2020, it is packed in January 2024 in 200g tin.

The aroma of the dry leaf is intense, hearty and combining, exotic wood, cocoa, root vegetables, spices/herbs/mushrooms.

The taste of the tea is full, clean, medium bodied with flavours coming from the dry leaf aroma - exotic wood, herbs, cocoa, dried fruits.

Good Liu Pao for daily drinking in high quality leaf and possibly suitable for storage in original packaging.

Brewing: short rinse before first pour, followed by 100ml, 5g, 100C, 15s first pour, followed by 25s, 30s, 30s, extend time interval.

The first shorter pour will be lighter in colour and open up the flavours nicely for the next pour.
