The tea was aged for 5 years and then packaged. The aging process began in May 2019 and it was packaged in April 2024. Packaged in 200g tin cans, see photos.

This is a very high-quality Liu Bao Grade 2.

The aroma of the dry leaves is delicate, slightly sweet, combining exotic woods and herbs.

The taste of the tea is medium-bodied to full-bodied, rich, complex, mature, beautifully balanced, a combination of exotic woods, alpine herbs, and flowers. The original packaging is a 200g tin; if you order 50g, you will receive it weighed in standard packaging.

Brewing: short rinse before first infusion, followed by 100ml, 5g, 100C, 25s first infusion, followed by 25s, 30s, 30s, extend time interval.

The first shorter pour will be lighter in colour and open up the flavours nicely for the next pour.
