A very high quality and rare oolong that comes from the Yilan region, Xueshan Mountains and was harvested in late March 2024. The tea is hand-picked and comes from the Jin Xuan cultivar with light oxidation up to 15%.

Next to the tea garden is a pomelo orchard. In late March/early April, the pomelo flowers are picked and decomposed, the tea is then placed on top of them and the floral fragrance naturally scents the tea leaves.

This is an award-winning product that has won a 2-star award, a sort of food Oscar from the English Guild of Fine Food.

Brewing: 150ml, 6g, 95C, 60s, additional infusions 30-40s, from 4 infusions onwards the time interval can be extended according to personal preference.
