Sheng sourced from the Yiwu region, which was then lightly fermented to make it more similar to older, mature sheng.
A really very delicately tuned tea that shows you what a mature sheng should taste like, but is still affordable.
The aroma of the dry leaf is intense, herbal-woody, which intensifies after the first rinse and also shows its sheng sweetness in subtle nuances.
The palate is medium-bodied, slightly sweet with notes of spice, ginseng, woods and nicely balanced with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
If you want a fine drink on the border between sheng and shu, here it is.

Brewing 100ml - 4-5g. initial rinse, followed by 98C, first infusion 20-30s, followed by short infusions up to 15s, extending the time interval towards the end as needed.
Lasts for multiple infusions.
