Yu Shan High Mountain Gaba 2023 - 50g

Delicious high mountain gaba oolong from the Yu Shan-Jade Mountain area, Nantou, Taiwan, i.e. from the foot of the highest mountain in Taiwan, Jade Mountain, which rises to almost 4000 m. 

Beautifully crafted high mountain oolong from the Qing Xin cultivar processed into large beads.

The dry leaf aroma is a combination of dried apple/pear, sweet cream, a hint of caramel.

The same flavours are subsequently manifested in the fresh and bright infusion.

If you like Gaba oolongs, there's nothing to think about :).

Preparation per 100 ml: Gong Fu Cha - 6-7g of tea, 95C water, first pour 55s, then extend the time interval. Lasts 4-7 infusions, depending on the preparation method.
