The aroma is sweet, herbal, woody, with a hint of earthiness.

The flavour is full-bodied, dense but smooth and balanced. Expect subtle sweetness, earthiness, woody notes combined with almonds.

Brewing for 200-250ml - initial rinse, followed by 98C, 2.5 min for first pour. Second infusion same time, extend further.
