YuShan High Mountain Gui Fei 2024 - 50g
YuShan High Mountain Gui Fei 2024 - 50g
A delicious high mountain oolong from the Yu Shan-Jade Mountain area, Nantou, Taiwan, i.e. from the foot of the highest mountain in Taiwan, Jade Mountain, which rises to almost 4000 m.
High mountain oolong from the Qing Xin cultivar processed into large beads and harvested in September 2024. Leaf colour ranges from green to dark green to brown.
The aroma of the dry leaf is very delicate, slightly fruity and sweet.
The same flavours are subsequently evident in the fresh and clean infusion. A very elegant and delicate taste of high mountain oolong combining ripe fruit, sweet spices, a trace of honey and florality.
Very subtle flavour nuances. One of the teas that will also age nicely.
