Yuyadani Houjicha 2023- 50g

Houjicha hails from the Yuyadani area of Ujitawara, Kyoto, from a small family farm where the craft has been passed down for generations. The harvest took place on 11 June 2023 from the Yabukita cultivar at an altitude of 230m.
 
The tea is certified HOAS - Hyogo Prefectural Organic Agriculture Society, I deliberately do not mention organic for the Czech market in the name.
 
A very smooth, balanced Houjicha with an aroma combining nuts and roasted chestnuts, with a refreshing and sweet taste, a very pleasant drink for autumn and winter evenings.
 
Vacuum packed.
 
Preparation 100ml:
First infusion - 80-90C, 4g, 100 ml, 40s.
Second infusion - same temperature 30s
For subsequent infusions, extend the infusion time. 
 
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
