Zizai Qianzhiye 2021 Rou Gui - 8,3g

Yancha oolong from Zizai Qianzhiye, a brand owned by Wuyishan Qianzhieye Tea Co., Ltd., based in the Wuyishan area of Fujian Province.

The tea was tested for pesticide residues by Eurofins and obtained BIO certification. The production process was supervised by Mr. Ning Demao, certified Wuyishan Dahongpao Promotion Ambassador. This tea was originally intended for the German market.

The tea was harvested and processed using traditional methods in 2021.

The infusion is orange-red in color with a rich and strong flavor and aroma combining cinnamon, floral and fruity notes, hints of spice, and a very long aftertaste.

Brewing 100 ml:

Gong fu Cha - 8.3 g, 98°C, 5-10 seconds for the first 3 infusions, then extend the time by a few seconds for each subsequent infusion.

Alternative - 100ml, 4g, 98°C, 60s for the first infusion. Subsequent infusions 30s.

The preparation is up to you, it is advisable to experiment with the tea.
