1994 Si Ji Chun Aged - 50g - Weight: 50g

A mature oolong from 1994, hand-picked in Mingjina Township at an altitude of 350-400m. Drinking this special tea is like experiencing a hug from a dear family member or good friend. Warmth, relaxation, wisdom. 

It is hard to describe the experience of drinking it. It is as much about the feeling it brings as it is about the nut-filled flavour profile.

Roasted nut shells, almonds, walnuts, cream. An interesting balance of astringency and acidity.

As this is an age-old speciality, we have very limited quantities.

Brewing: 100ml, 6-7g, 98°C, 20-30s min. first and second infusion and then extend the interval.
