This tea is produced in the Xishuangbanna region of Yunnan by the small Dadugang Tea Industry factory.
The tea was produced in 2006 from high-quality leaves; it also bears the designation Yin Hao, or "silver buds," and comes from the Dadugang National Nature Reserve, located at an altitude of 1,300–1,460 meters above sea level.
.
The quality of the leaves can be assessed from the photos.
Since this is a Tuochu, it tends to be more tightly compressed, which is something to keep in mind. However, over the past 20 years, this tea has aged beautifully, stocked for 20 years in Kuala Lumpur.
.
The tea’s flavor is rich, full-bodied, and slightly sweet, with a delicate texture. It combines notes of wood, herbs, and dried fruit with a sweet aftertaste.
The tea is suitable for aging, but it is currently at a perfect age for immediate enjoyment.
.
Brewing for 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4-5g, 90-95°C, 20-30s first infusion, pour off subsequent infusions immediately, extend the time interval only when the tea loses its strength.
