The first early spring harvest from the Avongrove Tea Estate garden. Harvest date March 20, 2023.
Tea from AV2 cultivar, organic, altitude 670-1700m.
The infusion is bright, fresh, clean. The flavour is light with a hint of Himalayan wild flowers dominating the taste of this excellent first harvest.
Again, an excellent first harvest.
Brewing: 150 ml, 3g, 90°C, 2-3 min. according to preference.
