The second flush, autumn harvest took place at the end of September in Bihar from the leaves of the Assamica cultivar - TV25 / TV26. The garden is managed organically. Altitude around 200m.
A truly excellent red tea. The aroma of the dry leaf is a combination of mango, sour cherry, and cinnamon. The taste is slightly fruity and caramel-like, with a hint of spice, blackcurrant, and a long-lasting aftertaste.
A great product, I recommend it!
Brewing: 150 ml, 3 g, 95°C, 2.5-3 min. according to individual preference.
