Bihar Doke Rolling Thunder SF2025 

The second flush, autumn harvest took place at the end of September in Bihar from the leaves of the Assamica cultivar - TV25 / TV26. The garden is managed organically. Altitude around 200m. The tea is sun-dried, giving it a specific fruity, sweet aroma. 

A truly delicious semi-green tea with a higher level of oxidation.

The color of the infusion is amber. The taste of the tea is very fresh and clean, combining fruit, spices, exotic woods, roses, and honey.  

A great tea, I recommend it! 

Brewing: 150 ml, 3 g, 95°C, 2.5-3 min. according to individual preference.
