Tea from old trees from the Bingdao, Mengku, Lincang areas is pressed using the traditional method using a stone. The result is a looser, less compact cake with a more natural leaf structure. Thanks to this, more air gets between the leaves, which affects the cake's more even ripening.
Again, very nice material, see photos. The aroma of the dry leaf is delicate, due to its "youth" more fruity honey tones prevail.
The taste of the tea is rich, full, sweet, with a delicate texture. It combines fruity-honey and mineral tones, which are nicely balanced and clean. Even though the tea is only 7 years old, it glides very nicely down the throat, it is basically drunk on its own :). So if you prefer fruitier, fresher flavor elements, this younger sheng is a good choice.
The tea is suitable for aging, but it is now ready to be consumed.

Brewing for 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4-5g, 90-95°C, 20-30s first infusion, pour off subsequent infusions immediately, extend the time interval only when the tea loses its strength.
