Autumn harvest from the Giddapahar Tea Estate garden. Giddapahar translates as eagle mountain or cliff. The garden was established in 1881 on the slopes of the Kurseong Valley. It uses both Chinese and clonal varieties. It is located at an altitude of 1370 to 1600 meters above sea level, is certified organic, and covers an area of 115 hectares.

The infusion is golden brown. The taste is full, fresh on the palate, balanced with a floral-fruity aroma and muscatel tones.One of our favorite gardens.

Classic brewing: 150ml, 2,5g, 3 min, 95C.

Gongfu brewing: 100ml, 95C, 3-4g, shorter infusions around 20-45s depending on taste preferences, lasts multiple infusions.
