The first spring harvest from the Upper Fagu garden. A garden located at the foot of the Himalayas and known for the quality of its teas. The cool mountain air, abundant rainfall and rich biodiversity create an ideal environment for the growth of tea bushes resulting in leaves of exceptional quality and flavour.

The infusion is of a light golden colour. The taste is full-bodied, fresh on the palate with a floral-fruity aroma, with a hint of fresh grasses, perhaps apple in the background combined with ripe pear. 

A very refreshing spring harvest.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
