Vietnamese Shu from the Ha Giang region harvested by hand in 2017.
The tea comes from a small factory, the processed tea is from old tea trees, from an altitude of 1000-2300m. The leaves are from old tea trees that meet the Gushu designation.
The taste is a combination of cocoa, root vegetables, exotic woods. A great daily drinker.
Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4-5g, 98°C, 15-30s, second infusion 10s, followed by a short pour over, or depending on individual preference, will last many infusions.
