Semi-green tea from the Haibara region, Shiizuoka prefecture. The style and level of oxidation are towards Taiwanese oriental beauty, but in a Japanese concept. The basis is the Koushun cultivar from the late summer harvest of 2025 and comes from an organically managed garden.

The aroma of the dry leaf is a combination of exotic woods and forest honey.

The tea is fresh, full-bodied, the taste combines fruity and floral tones, apricots, almonds, honey.

It can withstand many infusions, so make room in the afternoon for this interesting Japanese oolong :).

Brewing 150ml: First infusion 85-90C, 5-6g, 30s, subsequent infusions 10-20s, or adjust according to your tastes, as soon as it starts to weaken, start extending the infusion time.
