Black tea from the Haibara region of Shizuoka Prefecture. This is an excellent first flush. It is based on the Koushun cultivar from the spring harvest of 2025, with leaves sourced from an organically managed garden. 

The aroma of the dry leaves is a combination of sweet honey spice and fruity wood. 

The tea is fresh, medium-bodied, with a flavor combining floral aromas, almost perfumed, with fruity notes reminiscent of peaches and mandarins. 

You can expect at least three infusions.

Brewing for 150ml: 95°C, 6g, 60s, subsequent infusions 30s, or adjust to your taste; as soon as it starts to weaken, begin to extend the steeping time.
