Black tea from the Haibara area of ​​Shiizuoka Prefecture. This is a summer harvest. This organic garden was inspired by the Taiwanese Mi Xian production process - honey flavor. The base is the Koushun cultivar, which is itself an ideal cultivar for red teas.

The aroma of the dry leaf is a delicate combination of honey fruit aromas.

The tea is full-bodied, the taste combining floral aromas, ripe stone fruits such as cherries, a pinch of cocoa.

You can count on at least three infusions.

Brewing for 150ml: 95°C, 6g, 60s, subsequent infusions 30s, or adjust to your taste; as soon as it starts to weaken, begin to extend the steeping time.
