Semi-green gaba tea from the Haibara region of Shizuoka Prefecture. This is a summer harvest. This organic garden produces unique teas, often inspired by Taiwanese production processes. The tea leaves come from the Yabukita cultivar. 

The aroma of the dry leaf is typically sweet, with a combination of ripe fruit and cream tones. 

The tea is full-bodied, with a fresh taste combining the aromas of dried fruit, apricot, peach and compote. It has a delicate fruity acidity and a smooth, rounded taste. 

This tea can withstand many infusions and is ideal for gongfu preparation. .

Brewing for 150ml: 90°C, 4-6g, 30s for the first infusion, pour out subsequent infusions immediately. Once the strength begins to fade, it is possible to extend the time, but not before the fourth infusion. It will definitely last for at least 5 infusions, if not more.
