Second Flush 2025 from the Assamese garden Hattialli, which is one of the oldest in the area.

This is a nicely processed tea with a proportion of fluffy tips.

The aroma of the dry leaf is fresh, fruity exotic, slightly spicy.

The taste of the tea is medium-full to full. In taste, it is a very fresh tea, combining the taste of exotic fruit, forest honey, pleasant spices.

Very nice Assam, this year's second flush was successful.

Brewing: 2.5g, 150ml, 98C, 3 minutes. I recommend this tea as a single infusion, but you can also go the gong-fu route.
