High-mountain oolong of the highest quality from the Nantou region.
The tea is hand-picked at an altitude of 1500-1600m above sea level from the Chin Xin cultivar.
It is processed to a medium-low oxidation of 25%, and it must be said that it is a masterful job.
Beautifully processed larger pearls, which change color from light green to dark brown, with a visible proportion of downy tips.
The aroma of the tea is high mountain fresh, floral with a hint of spice.
