High-quality high mountain oolong from the Shi Bi area of Shanlinxi. A lightly oxidized oolong that was hand-picked in April 2025 at an altitude of around 1300 m using leaves from the Qing Xin cultivar.
The tea is processed in the traditional way into medium-sized pearls, ranging in color from light green to almost black, with a small proportion of downy tips.
The taste of the tea is very delicate, moderately full-bodied, combining high mountain floral tones, hints of spice in the background with a sweet aftertaste. A classic representative of top-quality, lightly oxidized high mountain oolongs.

Brewing: 100 ml, 4-5 g, 90-95°C, 60-70 seconds for the first infusion, 30-45 seconds for the second and third infusions, then adjust the time according to personal preference.
