First Flush from a garden located in Sarcheshmeh village, Gilan province, at an altitude of 200m. This is a unique first collection. It is a mixed picking from many cultivars and multiple gardens, but this does not detract from the quality.
The gardens are less than 500m2 in size, there are several gardens of this size in the area, focusing on quality hand production.
Larger leaf, slightly rolled, nice processing. Aromas of sweetish, fruity aroma of dried leaf offering a combination of figs, honey, dried mountain herbs.
The infusion is orange-golden in colour, refreshing at first sight. It is a very easy drinking tea despite its different preparation method. It tastes of sweet figs, oranges, exotic fruits, slightly spicy with a full aftertaste that is very addictive, though strong, so very pleasant, unobtrusive and long-lasting.
A truly unique tea affair and it must be said that even the quantity in stock is very limited.
Brewing: 200ml, 7-8g, 95°C, 7 min. Single pouring. Can be experimented with but not suitable for gongfu cha, already tried :).
