Red tea from the popular garden in Kagoshima, harvested from organically grown Okumidori cultivar bushes.

Very nicely processed leaves into delicate, slightly twisted leaves.

The aroma of the dry leaves is honey-sweet with a hint of fruit.

The color of the infusion is full, bright red. The taste of the tea is full-bodied, very pleasant, with a honey-fruit sweetness, more like ripe stone fruits such as cherries, combined with exotic fruits.

A very pleasant red tea for everyday drinking.

Brewing 150ml: 6g, 98C, first infusion 60s, second infusion 30s, third infusion again 60-70s, possibly longer if you don't want to continue with a weaker fourth infusion.
