Highly roasted Hojicha of excellent quality. The tea is grown in Mie Prefecture, in the foothills of the Suzuka Mountains. This area has a long tradition of tea growing, over 170 years. The cultivars grown here are Okumidori, Saemidori, Yabukita. Hojicha is a blend of these cultivars.
The aroma of the dry leaf is fresh, mountain, elegantly roasted with light woody notes.
The taste of the tea is medium-bodied, clean, nicely rounded. It combines notes of nuts, caramel, lightly roasted rice. A very elegantly tuned deeply roasted Hojicha. Another very interesting representative of this category

Brewing for 100ml:
First infusion - 65°C, 5g, 60-70s.
Second infusion - same temperature, 25-40 seconds
For subsequent infusions, increase the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
