Phoenix Mi Lan Xiang High Mountain Spring 2025 - 30g
Spring harvest from the renowned tea gardens of Fenghuang, in the heart of Dancong oolong. The tea was harvested at an altitude of around 1100m, which classifies it as a high mountain tea. The pristine mountain environment, tea trees shrouded in mist and clouds. All this causes the plants to grow slowly and allows them to develop a remarkable concentration of aromatic substances and a pure, refreshing character. Harvested from trees around 20 years old.
This tea is processed using traditional methods, including sun drying and medium roasting over charcoal. This preserves its natural honey orchid aroma with a slight hint of roasting and caramel.
The infusion has a clear, bright golden yellow/amber color. The first infusion is delicate, delicious, velvety, honey-sweet with the typical Mi Lan Xiang flavor, i.e., floral orchid tones and distinctive mineral tones. The flavor has beautiful depth and structure. The aftertaste is long-lasting and beautifully sweet.
