An excellent green tea, hand-picked in the Sanxia region from the Chin Xin Gan Zhi cultivar, at an altitude of around 400-500 meters above sea level. This harvest is from October 2024.
The leaves are beautifully twisted, with a lower proportion of downy tips than the PQM version, and are processed without oxidation, as best illustrated by the accompanying photos.
This is a clean and refreshing green tea, dominated by the floral taste of the Taiwanese Qing Xing cultivar combined with a grassy taste, with hints of roasted nuts, green pepper, and mango.
