San Xia Bi Luo Chun PQM 2025 - 50g

A delicious green tea that is hand-picked in the Sanxia area from the Chin Xin Gan Zhi cultivar, at an altitude of around 400-500m above sea level.

Pre Qingming teas are considered to be very fine, refined in taste and also very valuable. 

The leaf is beautifully twisted, with a high proportion of fluffy tips and is processed without oxidation, as the accompanying photographs best suggest.

It is a clean and refreshing green tea, the taste is dominated by the floral taste of the Taiwanese cultivar Qing Xing combined with a grassy taste, with a hint of roasted nuts, green pepper, mango.

The first spring delicacy to be imported and added to the menu!

Brewing 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4g, 70-80°C, 40-60s first infusion, then extend by 5s, or according to taste preferences.
