Semi-green tea originating from Taiwan, from a high mountain garden located in the Lalashan Mountains at an altitude of 1250m. The garden is certified organic. 

The tea is hand-picked from the Qin Xin cultivar and is a 2018 spring harvest.

The aroma of the dry leaf is nutty, warming, just smell the leaf in your palm.

The infusion is clean, bright, combining fruity notes, a mix of flavors of lemongrass, cinnamon, raisins, alpine fresh herbs. A very light, delicate and very fine tea indeed. One has to stop and take it in.

A unique organic tea from a beautiful Taiwanese garden. This is how I imagine a high quality highland gaba oolong.

Brewing 100ml: 5-6g, 95°C, 50-60s first infusion, additional infusions 30s, according to personal preference. Lasts 5 or more infusions.
