Black tea from the Cui Yu cultivar, TRES. no. 13, from the WenShan area, harvested at an altitude of around 700m in May 2021.
A very fine, refreshing black tea that will be appreciated by people who prefer oolongs. This is a black, highly oxidised version of the famous Wen Shan Bao Zhong.
The flavour combines cream, apple, dried apricot, wildflower and offers a very smooth, creamy aftertaste.
Brewing: 100 ml, 4-5g of tea, 98C water, first pour 30-40s, then extend time interval. 3-4 infusions.
